To our valued patients,

At Austin Association of Otolaryngologists, we emphasize thorough diagnosis of illness using tools such as physical examination, endoscopy, and cultures. However, at this time we know that some may not be able to come in for an office visit for their care due to the COVID-19.  To maintain access to care for our patients, we are now offering telemedicine visits to ease the burden that the coronavirus has placed on our community.  Please schedule a telemedicine visit for evaluation and treatment.  This does not replace in-office care in the long term and you may be asked at the provider’s discretion to come in for a visit if they deem necessary.

If the provider requires you to come to the clinic, please bring your mask and remain in your car. Call 512-328-4999 and let us know you are here.

We do not have the ability to test for either COVID-19 or for influenza.  Resources that may be available to patients who fear they may have the COVID-19 virus include the ARC COVID-19 hotline( https://www.austinregionalclinic.com/news-and-events/article/clinics/arc-keeps-you-informed-about-covid-19 ) or Baylor Scott and White( https://www.bswhealth.com/Pages/coronavirus-information.aspx ).
